"I first started going to Young Creations in 2019, this is when I first met Sophie. I joined because I wanted to be involved in performing arts as I love singing and acting. My friend is apart of young creations and told me about how much he loves it and benefits from attending. I liked the idea of the group and wanted to be more sociable and make more friends. Since joining, Sophie has made me feel so comfortable and has helped me build up my confidence massively. Before joining I would have never even dreamed of dancing on my own let alone in front of an audience but now after coming to Young creations for a while I am a lot more confident and I have started to really enjoy dancing. I have had the opportunity to do so many things that I could never of imagined doing such as performing in our Christmas pantomime, going to see my favourite musical in the west end, watching my first opera and best of all seeing my idol in concert. I have made great friends with everyone who attends and I really look forward to seeing everyone each week. The group itself has a very family-like feel and there has never been an occasion where I feel unwelcome. Sophie goes above and beyond in ensuring people feel welcome, worthy and comfortable. I would recommend this group to absolutely anyone who has an interest in performing arts and wants to make life long friends in the process!"
